Paul J. Nicoletti, Village Manager
Jacquelyn Reedy, Deputy Village Clerk
Mayor Brown called the Special Session to order at 9:00 ROLL CALL
a.m. Present were Mayor- W. H. Brown, Vice Mayor
Donald J. Kazimir, and Councilman V. A. Marks. President
Pro Tem Patsy B. Love and Councilman Al Moore were absent.
On motion of Councilman Marks, seconded by Vice Mayor
Kazimir, it was recommended that the agreement between.
the Village of North Palm Beach and Bodo J. Fickler for
food and beverage service at the NPBCC be accepted.
All present voting aye, motion carried 3-0.
On motion of Vice Mayor Kazimir, seconded by Councilman
Marks, all present voting aye, motion to purchase nylon
netting for the NPBCC tennis courts in the Amount of
$1,813.00 to be expended from Account No. 13.1-572-52.32
was carried 3-0.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned
at 9:20 a.m.
