MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING

VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA

THURSDAY, MAY 25, 1978

Mayor Moore called the Public Hearing to order at 7:00. ROLL CALL
p.m. All members of the Council were present except
Councilman Marks and Councilwoman Love.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear the public PURPOSE OF
concerning the following bills: PUBLIC
HEARING
Bill No. 296 - Amending Chapter 28 of the Village
of North Palm Beach Code, the Plumbing Code for the
Village
Bill No. 297 - Amending Chapter 6 of the Village of
North Palm Beach Code, the Building Code for the __
Village
Bill No. 298 - Amending Chapter 13 of the Village
of North Palm Beach Code, the Electrical Code
for the Village
Bill No. 299 - Amending Chapter 22 of the Village
of North Palm Beach Code, the Mechanical Code for
the Village
Bill No. 300 - Repealing Section 18.5-ll of the
Village of North Palm Beach Code --
Bill No. 302 - Amending Chapter 45 of the Village
of North Palm Beach Code by rezoning Lot 129, Palm
Beach-Lake Worth Estates from C-lA to R-3
Legal notice of this Public Hearing was published in LEGAL NOTICE
the Palm Beach Post on May 5 and May 16, 1978 and PUBLISHED
was posted according to law.
There were no comments from the public on any of the NO COMMENTS
above bills. FROM PUBLIC
There being no further business to come before the _ ADJOURNMENT
Council, on motion of Councilman Brown, seconded by
Vice Mayor Kazimir, all present voting aye, the
Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
