Mayor Moore called the Public Hearing to order at 7:16 ROLL CALL
p.m. All members of the Council were present except
Councilman Marks.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear the public
concerning Bill No. 303, which would amend Chapter 45
of the Village Code by amending Section 45-49 to reflect
the change of name of the Planning and Zoning Board to the
Planning Commission and to amend the application form to
be used in applying to the Planning Commission for re-
zoning.
Legal notice of this Public Hearing was published in the
Palm Beach Post on May 19 and June 1, 1978 and was posted
according to law.
There were no comments from the public on Bill No. 303.
There being no further business to come before the
Council, on motion of Councilwoman Love, seconded by
Vice Mayor Kazimir, all present voting aye, the Public
Hearing was adjourned at 7:18 p.m.
