Mayor Moore called the Public Hearing to order at 7:15 ROLL CALL
p.m. All members of the Council were present.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear the public PURPOSE OF
concerning Bill No. 306, which would amend Chapter 6 of PUBLIC HEARING
the Village Code by amending the criteria for land manage-
ment and use to comply with the rules and regulations of
the National Flood Insurance Program.
Legal notice of this Public Hearing was published in the
Palm Beach Post on July 10 and July 20, 1978 and was
posted according to law.
There were no comments from the public on Bill No. 306.
There being no further business to come before the
Council, on motion of Councilman Brown, seconded by
Councilwoman Love, all present voting aye, the Public
Hearing was adjourned at 7:18 p.m.
