07-13-1978 VC PH-ML . MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, HELD THURSDAY, JULY 13, 1978 1 1 FLORIDA Present: Al Moore, Mayor Donald J. Kazimir, Vice Mayor W. H. Brown, President Pro Tem V. A. Marks, Councilman Patsy B. Love, Councilwoman Thomas Yeager, Village Attorney C. R. O'Meilia, Acting Village Manager Dolores R. Walker, Village Clerk Mayor rYoore called the Public Hearing to order at 7:20 p.m. All members of the Council were present. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear the public concerning Bill No. 305, which would amend Chapter 45 of the Village Code by creating Planned Unit Development zoning regulations, setting forth a definition of Planned Unit Development, the purpose and scope of Planned Unit Development, the factors and standards to be evaluated in creating a Planned Unit Development and the general requirements and special regulations of Planned Unit Developments. Legal notice of this Public Hearing was published in the Palm Beach Post on June 25 and July S, 1978 and was posted according to law. The Following persons spoke against Bill No. 305: Nancy Gershbein 721 Teal Way Robert C. Winship 1029 Country Club Drive Walter Ingersoll 725 Teal Way Carl Large 2327 Garden-Lane Lake Park, Florida Alan Gershbein 721 Teal Way The following person spoke in favor of Bill No. 305: Joseph Hamzy 714 Northlake Court There were two petitions presented to the Council in opposition to Bill No. 305, one from Nancy ' Gershbein and one From Robert Winship. There was also a statement from R. W. Koster, 717 Teal Way, indicating opposition to this bill. There being no further business to come before the Council, on motion of Councilman Marks, seconded by Vice Mayor Kazimir, all present voting aye, the Public Hearing was adjourned at 8:00 p.m. Minutes recorded by: Dolores R.
