concerning the scope and design of the clubhouse project.
REMARKS
b. CODE AMENDMENT - RIGHT -OF -WAY ORDINANCE Discussion concerning a proposed
ordinance amending Division 2, "Permit," of Article II, "Excavations," of Chapter 24, "Streets,
Sidewalks and Public Places," of the Village Code of Ordinances to establish administrative
policies and procedures for the use of public rights -of -way.
