Mayor Moore called the Public Hearing to order at 7:15 -ROLL CALL
p.m. All members of the Council were present except
Councilman Marks.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear the public PURPOSE OF
concerning the proposed use of Federal Revenue Sharing PUBLIC HEARING
Entitlement Punds for the fiscal year October 1, 1978
to September 30, 1979.
Legal notice of this Public Hearing was published in the LEGAL NOTICE
Palm Beach Post on August 16, 1978 and posted according PUBLISHED
to law.
There were no comments from the public at the Public NO COMMENTS
Hearing. FROM PUBLIC
There being no further business to come before the ADJ0URNI~IENT
Council, on motion of Councilman Brown, seconded by
Councilwoman Love, all present voting aye, the Public
Hearing was adjourned at 7:18 p.m.
