Mayor Love called the Public Hearing to order at 7:18 ROLL CALL
p.m. All members of the Council were present except
Vice Mayor Marks .and President Pro Tem Moore.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear the PURPOSE OF
comments of the public concerning the proposed use of PUBLIC_H__EARIN_G
Federal Revenue Sharing Funds for the Lighthouse Bridge
Bulkhead Restoration and Allamanda Park.
Legal notice of this Public Hearing was published in the .LEGAL NOTICE
Palm Beach Post on June 13, 1977 and posted according PUBLISHED
to law.
The Village Manager read Bill No. 270 entitled: BILL 270
READ BY
' AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, TITLE ALONE
FLORIDA, AMENDING THE NORTH PALM BEACH BUDGET
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1976-77 BY INCREASING THE
ESTIMATED REVENUE OF THE GENERAL FUND AND BY
APPROPRIATING MONEY FOR A PORTION OF CONSTRUCTION
COST ON LIGHTHOUSE BRIDGE BULKHEAD RESTORATION AND
FOR CONSTRUCTION COSTS AT ALLAMANDA PARK
by title alone.
There were no comments from the public or the Council NO COMMENTS
