Mayor Love called the Public Hearing to order at 7:20 ROLL CALL
p.m. All Members of the Council were present.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear the PURPOSE OF
comments of the public concerning the proposed usage _ PUBLIC.
of the 1977-78 Federal Revenue Sharing Entitlement
Funds.
Legal notice of this Public Hearing was published in LEGAL NOTICE
the Palm Beach Post on June 29, 1977 and posted according PUBLISHED
to law.
The only member of the public who questioned the proposed COMMENTS
use of the 1977-78 Federal Revenue Sharing Entitlement FROM THE
Funds was Mr. Thomas R. Boyle, 100 Wettaw Lane, North PUBLIC
Palm Beach, Florida. His questions were answered by the
Council and the Acting Village Manager, Mr. J. P. Nolan.
There being no further business to come before the Council, ADJOURNMENT
the Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:27 p.m.
