Mayor Love reconvened the Recessed Regular Session of ROLL CALL
Thursday, February 24, 1977 at 7:00 p.m. All members of
the Council were present.
On motion of Vice Mayor Marks, seconded by Councilman RES. 8-77
Moore, all present voting aye, proposed Resolution No. ADOPTED
8-77 entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, URGING THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION TO ABANDON ITS PLANS OF WIDENING THAT
PORTION OF STATE ROAD 703 WHICH TRAVERSES THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH
was read in full and adopted as read as Resolution No.
8-77.
Councilman-Moore moved that we appoint Mr. D. William APPOINTMENT OP
Beebe as architect for the design of a recreation ARCHITECT FOR
building in Osborne Park. The motion was seconded by REC. BLDG. AT
Vice Mayor-Marks and all present voted aye. OSBORNE PARK
There being no further business to come before the ADJOURNMENT
Council, on motion of Councilman Moore, seconded by
Vice Mayor Marks, all present voting aye, the meeting
was adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
