VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 28, 1976
Present: M. C. Love, Jr., Mayor
V. A. Marks, Vice Mayor
Al C. Moore, President Pro Tem
Donald J. Kazimir, Councilman
Paul J. Nicoletti, Village Manager
Herbert L. Gildan, Pillage Attorney
Dolores R. Walker, Village Clerk
Absent: Mervin H. McIntyre, Councilman
Mayor Love called the Regular Session to order at ROLL CALL
7:31 p.m. All members -of the Council were present
except Councilman McIntyre.
Vice Mayor Marks gave the invocation and Councilman
Moore led the Council and the public in the Pledge
of Allegiance to the Flag.
On motion of Councilman Moore, seconded by Vice Mayor
Marks, all present voting aye, the Minutes of Regular
Session held Thursday, October 14, 1976 were approved
as written.
Mr. Richard P. Wille, Director of Public Safety, pre-
sented to the Village Council an AAA Pedestrian Safety
Citation which the Village of North Palm Beach had
received from the American Automobile Association-for
its record of No Pedestrian Deaths within the Village
for the past eight years.
On motion of Councilman Kazimir, seconded by Vice Mayor
Marks, all present voting aye, the following minutes
were accepted by the Council:

Minutes of North Palm Beach Tennis Advisory Board
Meeting held October 5, 1976
Minutes of Regular Meeting of Country Club Advisory
Board held October 20, 1976
On motion of Councilman Moore, seconded by Vice Mayor
Marks, all present voting aye, the following dates were
approved for the WGA Tournaments at the North Palm Beach
Country Club for 1977:
April 13, 14 and 15 - Club Championship
May 4, 5 and 6 - Continental Tournament
Councilman Moore moved that we place on the workshop
agenda the question of Village Professionals running
tournaments and keeping all the money received from
them. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kazimir
and all present voted aye.

Council, on motion of Vice Mayor Marks, seconded by
Councilman Moore, all present voting aye, the meeting
was adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
