VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA

Absent: Mervin H. McIntyre, Vice Mayor
Mayor Heraty called the Special Meeting to order at
7:30 p.m. All members of the Council were present
except Vice Mayor McIntyre.
The purpose of this Special Meeting is to discuss
the possibility of furnishing and installing concrete
rubble for a rip rap wall (approximately 250 feet)
behind the first hole of the North Palm Beach Country
Club.
This Special Meeting was held this date because the
business at hand could not be held over until the
next Regular Meeting of the Village Council on
June 10, 1976.
Councilman Marks moved that we authorize the project
(furnish and install concrete rubble for rip rap wall
on the slope of the Intracoastal Waterway at the North
Palm Beach Country Club) and authorize the geting
Village Manager to go to bid. The motion was seconded
by Councilman Moore and all present voted aye.
There being no further business to come before the
Council at this Special Meeting, on motion of Councilman
Marks, seconded by Councilman Love,-all present voting
aye, the meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
