Mayor Love called the Public Hearing to order at 7:48 ROLL CALL
p.m. All members of the Council were present except
Councilman Greeley who arrived at 7:50 p.m.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear the com- PURPOSE OF
menu of the public on Bill No. 238, which would amend PUBLIC
Section 45-36 (K) of the ViLl.age of North Palm Beach HEARING
Code by permitting a carnival, fair, or circus to be
carried on by a non-profit organization at the premises
where the organization is located within the Village
of North Palm Beaeh for a period_of time not to exceed --
three days.
Legal notice of this Public Hearing was published in
the Palm Beach Post on January 30, 1976 and posted as
required by Village Charter.
There were no comments from the public at this Public
Hearing.
There being no further business to come before the
Council, on motion of Vice Mayor Heraty, seconded by
Councilman Marks, all present voting aye, the Public
Hearing was adjourned at 7:53 p.m.
