CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda is for the purpose of expediting issues of a routine or pro -forma nature. OTHER VILLAGE BUSINESS MATTERS Page 2 of 2 RESOLUTION — AMENDMENT TO BUILDING INSPECTION SERVICES Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving a Second Amendment to the Agreement for Building Inspection Services with M.T. Causley, Inc. to increase the maximum compensation by $30,000 for a maximum contract total of $45,000 for Fiscal Year 2016, and authorizing the Village Manager to execute the Amendment. ACTION 2. RESOLUTION — EMS GRANT AWARD AND PURCHASE — INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF EMS GRANT EQUIPMENT Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving an Interlocal Agreement with Palm Beach County for the Reimbursement of Emergency Medical Services Grant Equipment, authorizing the Village Manager to execute the Agreement, approving the sole source purchase of one (1) Power Cot Fastening System from Stryker, Inc. at a total cost of $19,840.00, and approving a budget amendment to provide for the receipt and expenditure of grant funds. ACTION 3. RESOLUTION — AMBULANCE PURCHASE Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving the purchase of a 2017 Freightliner M2 AEV Type I Ambulance from ETR, LLC at a cost not to exceed $249,538.00; declaring a 2003 Ford/Wheeled Coach Ambulance as surplus and authorizing its trade in, and authorizing a budget amendment to fund the purchase. ACTION F. COUNCIL AND ADMINISTRATION MATTERS MAYOR AND COUNCIL MATTERS /REPORTS a. Discussion concerning designation of a voting delegate and alternates to the Palm Beach County League of Cities, Inc. 2. VILLAGE MANAGER MATTERS /REPORTS 7. ADJOURNMENT If a person decides to appeal any decision by the Village Council with respect to any matter considered at the Village Council meeting, he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (F.S. 286.0105).
