Present: M. C. Love, Jr., Mayor
Ronald L. Heraty, Vice Mayor
William A. Greeley, Councilman
Dolores R. Walker, Village Clerk
Absent: V. A. Marks, Councilman
bYervin H. McIntyre, Councilman
Mayor Love called the Special Meeting to order at ROLL CALL
12:30 p.m. All members of the Council were present
except Councilman Marks and Councilman McIntyre.
The reason the Special Meeting was called at this time
was for the purpose of adopting a Resolution authorizing
signatories on Village bank accounts and a Resolution
appointing an Acting Village Treasurer.
This Special Meeting was held this date because the
business at hand could not be held over until the next
Regular Meeting of the Village Council on Thursday,
October 9, 1975.
On motion of Vice Mayor Heraty, seconded by Councilman
Greeley, all present voting aye, proposed Resolution
No. 55-75 entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, SETTING FORTH THOSE PERSONS WHO
SHALL SIGN AND COUNTERSIGN CHECKS ON ALL DEPOSITORIES
OF FUNDS OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH
was read in full and adopted as read as Resolution No.
55-75.
On motion of Vice Mayor Heraty, seconded by Councilman
Greeley, all present voting aye, proposed Resolution
No. 56-75 entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING DOROTHY B. THGI~IPS0N
AS ACTING VILLAGE TREASURER
was read in full and adopted as read as Resolution No.
56-75.
There being no further business to come before the Council
at this Special Meeting, on motion of Vice Mayor Heraty,
seconded by Councilman Greeley, all present voting aye,
the meeting was adjourned at 12:33 p.m.
