Mayor Love called the Special Meeting to order at 7:35 ROLL CALL
p.m. All members of the Council were present.
The purpose of this Special Meeting is to resolve the PURPOSE OF
golf car matter. SPECIAL
MEETING
This Special Meeting was held this date because the business
at hand could not be held over until the next Regular Meeting
of the Village Council on Thursday, November 13, 1975.
Councilman Marks moved that the Village buy the golf cars VILLAGE
out of the General Fund from the Council Contingency Fund BUYS GOLF CARS
in the amount of $61,740.00, and that they be provided OUT OF GENERAL
for use by the Country Club Golf Car Revenue at a monthly FUND FROM
payment of $6,000.00 per month, payable each and every COUNCIL CON-
month for the rest of this fiscal year. The motion was TINGENCY FUND
seconded by Councilman McIntyre and passed 3 to 1, with
Vice Mayor Heraty opposed and Councilman Greeley abstain-
ing due to his position of Acting Village Manager.
Vice Mayor Heraty moved that we hire Callaway, Carpenter, COUNCIL HIRES
May and Company to close out our books for fiscal 1974-75. CALLAWAY, CAR-
The motion was seconded by Councilman Marks and passed un- PENTER, MAY &

There being no further business to come before the Council ADJOURNMENT
at this Special Meeting, on motion of Vice Mayor Heraty,
seconded by Councilman Marks, all present voting aye,
the meeting was adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
