Mayor Love called the Special Meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. ROLL CALL
All members of the Council were present.
The purpose of this Special Meeting is to appoint a PURPOSE OF
Village Manager for the Village-of North-Palm Beach. SPECIAL
MEETING
This Special Meeting was held this date because the
business at hand could not be held over until the next
Regular Meeting of the Village Council on Thursday, '
December 11, 1975.
' On motion of Councilman Greeley, seconded by Vice Mayor RES. 66-75
Heraty, all present voting aye, proposed Resolution No. ADOPTED
66-75 entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH_PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING PAUL J. NICOLETTI AS
VILLAGE MANAGER OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH
was read in full and adopted as read as Resolution
No, 66-75.
On motion of Vice Mayor,Heraty, seconded by Councilman COUNCIL
Marks, all present voting aye, that we pay Mr. NicolettiTs APPROVAL TO
expenses for moving from West Palm Beach to North Palm PAY MOVING
Beach in an amount not to exceed $1,000.00, EXPENSES FOR
MR. NICOLETTI
There being no further business to come before the ADJOURNMENT
Council at this Special Meeting, on motion of Council-
man Marks, seconded by Councilman Greeley, all present
voting aye, the meetin^g was adjourned at 7-40 p,m,
