Mayor-Love called the Regular Meeting to order at 8:00
p.m. All members of the Council were present.
Rev. George Holwager, Tropical Sands Christian Church,
gave the invocation and Vice Mayor Heraty led the Council
and the public in the Pledge of Allegiance to the El.ag.
On motion of Councilman Marks, seconded by Vice Mayor
Heraty, all present voting aye, the minutes of Regular
Meeting held Thursday, April 24, 1975 were approved as
written.
Mayor Love read Proclamation on Healthy Baby Week, which
is sponsored by the Junior Woman's Club of the North Palm
Beaches.
On motion of Councilman Marks, seconded by Vice Mayor
Heraty, all present voting aye, the following minutes
were accepted by the Council:

On motion of Vice Mayor Heraty, seconded by Councilman
Greeley, all present voting aye, the recommendation of
the Beautification Committee that the Council consider
an ordinance requiring designated areas within the private
property limits of multi-family dwelling units and marinas
for use by pets was denied.

Councilman McIntyre mQVed that the recommendation of MOTION DIES

BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE FRgM THE FOURTH WEDNESDAY
OF EACH MONTH TO THE FOURTH TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH

On motion of Vice Mayor Heraty, seconded by Councilman EMRU SERVICES
Greeley, all present voting aye, that we get into FOR VILLAGE
Emergency Medical Rescue Unit se rvices for the Village. APPROVED
Councilman McIntyre moved to ask the Village Manager COUNCILMAN
to bring to the_Council at the next Council meeting MC INTYRE
for workshop purposes what the cost of the Emergency WITHDRAWS
Medical Rescue Unit would be to the Village for the MOTION
balance of this year and the projected cost for next
year. Councilman-McIntyre withdrew this motion.
On motion of Vice Mayor Heraty, seconded by Councilman TENNIS PRO TO
McIntyre - 4 to 1, with Councilman Greeley opposed - REPORT TO CC
that we have the Tennis Pro report to the Country DIRECTOR
Club Director.
On motion of Councilman McIntyre, seconded by Councilman RES. TO INCREASE
Greeley, all present voting aye, that we have the Village PSC_FROM 3 TO
Attorney prepare a resolution supporting Senator Don 5 MEMBERS
Childers' legislation to increase the Public Service
Commission from three to five members.
On motion of Councilman Greeley, seconded by Vice AUTHORIZATION FOR
Mayor Heraty, all present voting aye, that we author- BOND VALIDATION
ize the Village Attorney and the Village Manager to
proceed with the bond for validation and approval of
design for the project of the cart shed, carts and
parking lots at the North Palm Beach Country Club.
There being no further business to come before the ADJOURNMENT
Council, on motion of Vice Mayor Heraty, seconded
by Councilman Marks, all present voting aye, the
meeting was adjourned at 10:45 p.m.
