Ronald L. Heraty, Vice Mayor
William A. Greeley, Councilman
Dr. V. A. Marks, Councilman
Mervin H. McIntyre, Councilman
Paul J. Nicoletti, Village Manager
Dolores R. Walker, Village Clerk
Mayor Love called the Special Meeting to order at 7:45 p.m.
All members of the Council were present.
The purpose of this Special Meeting is to set forth those
persons who shall sign and countersign checks on all
depositories of funds of the Village o£ North Palm
Beach.
This Special Meeting was held this date because the
business at hand could not be held over until the next
Regular Meeting of the Village Council on Thursday,
December ll, 1975.
On motion of Councilman Greeley, seconded by Councilman
Marks, all present voting aye, proposed Resolution No.
67-75 entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, SETTING FORTH THOSE PERSONS
WHO SHALL SIGN AND COUNTERSIGN CHECKS ON ALL
DEPOSITORIES OF FUNDS OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH
was read in full and adopted as read as Resolution No.
6 7- 75 .
There being no further business to come before the Council
at this Special Meeting, on motion of Vice Mayor Heraty,
seconded by Councilman Marks, all present voting aye,
the meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
