VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD
MONDAY, DECEMBER 22, 1975

Dr. V. A. Marks, Councilman
Mervin H. McIntyre, Councilman
Alan J. Ciklin, Village. Attorney
Paul J. Nicoletti, Village Manager
Dolores R. Walker, Village Clerk
Absent: M. C. Love, Jr., Mayor
Vice Mayor Heraty called the Special Meeting to order
at 9:30 a.m. All members of the Council were present
except Mayor Love.
The purpose of this Special Meeting is to appoint Mr.
Jerome P. Nolan as Village Treasurer and to discuss the
Mader & Ryan appeal.
This Special Meeting was held this date because the
business at hand could not be held over until the next
Regular. Meeting of the Village Council on Thursday,
January 8, 1976.
On motion of Councilman Greeley, seconded by Councilman
Marks, all present voting-aye, proposed Resolution No.
68-75 entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING JHROME P. NOLAN AS
VILLAGE TREASURER AND VILLAGE TAX COLLECTOR
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 15, 1976
was read in full and adopted as read, subject to approval
of further background information.
This Resolution was adopted as Resolution No. 68-75, but
should be correctly numbered as Resolution No. 70-75.
Councilman McIntyre moved that we not pursue. the appeal
of the Village of North Palm Beach vs. Mader & Ryan.
The motion was seconded by Councilman Greeley and all
present voted aye.
There being no further business to come before the Council
at this Special Meeting, on motion of Councilman Marks,
seconded by Councilman McIntyre, all present voting aye,
the meeting was adjourned at 9:47 a.m.
