Mayor Love called the Public Hearing to order at 7:.46 p.m
All members of the Council were present.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear the comments
of the public on Bill No. 229, which would amend Chapter
45 of the Village of North Palm Beach Code by restricting
the height of buildings within the area of the Village of
North Palm Beach which lies South of the Intracoastal
Waterway and East of U. S. Highway No. 1 to four stories
or forty feet.
The Village Clerk read Legal Notice of this Public Hearing
which was published in the Palm Beach Post on August 5,
1975 and posted as required by Village Charter.
There were no members of the public present at this
Public Hearing.
There being no further business to come before the Council,
the Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:48 p.m.
