Mayor'Privett called the Public Hearing to order at
ROLL CALL
8:15 p.m. All members of the Council were ,'present.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear the PURPOSE OF
comments of the public on Bill No. 185 concerning PUBLIC HEARING
zoning changes in the Village of North Palm Beach.
Although it is not required by law, the Village sent NOTICE SENT
a notice to property owners who are within ',a 200 TO PROPERTY

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Council of
North Palm Beach, Florida, will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 13th day of September, 1973, at 8;00 P.M.,
at the Village Hall, North Palm Beach, Florida, to consider
amending Chapter 45 of the Village of North Palm Beach Code,
the Zoning Code, by eliminating the R-2A Zoning classifica-
tion; and by amending the building site area regulations
and off-street parking regulations in tl~e R-2, R-3, C-l,
C-lA, and C-2 Zoning districts.
