Robbins, Village Manager Dolores R; Walker, Village Clerk Mayor Privett called the Regular Meeting to order at 9:25 p.m. All members of the Council were present. Mayor Privett gave the invocation and Councilman Martin led the Council and the public in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. On motion of Vice Mayor Cadby, seconded by~Councilman Martin, all present voting aye, the minutes of Regular Meeting held Thursday, August 23, 1973, and the minutes of Special Meeting held Thursday, September 6, 1973 were approved as written. On motion of Vice Mayor Cadby, seconded by 'Councilman Colbath, all present voting aye, the following minutes were accepted by the Council: Minutes of Regular Meeting of Planning and Zoning Advisory Board held August 8, 1;973 Minutes of Community Appearance Board held August 21, 1973 Minutes of Beautification Committee me'eti August 22, 1973 I On motion of Vice Mayor Cadby, seconded by ~ou Martin - 4 - 0, with Councilman Slater abstain due to a possible conflict with his occupation Bill No. 184 entitled: i i held AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM ZONING DISTRICT C-1 TO R-3 ZONING DISTRICT, AND DIRECTING THE CLERK TO UPDATE THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP was postponed for two weeks. On motion of Vice Mayor Cadby, seconded by~CounciJman Martin - 4 - 0, with Councilman Slater abstaining due to a possible conflict with his occupation - Bill No. 185 was adopted as Ordinance No. 10-73. Upon adoption, Ordinance No. 10-73 was signed by -- Mayor Privett and attested by the Village Clerk and, therefore, became effective immediately. i On motion of Vice Mayor Cadby, seconded by;Councilman Martin, all present voting aye, Bill No. lib entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, SETTING FORTH THE PLANNED USF~ OF FUNDS RECEIVED UNDER THE STATE AND LOCAL FISCAL ASSISTANCE ACT OF 1972, INCLUDING AN ESTIMATE OF~INCOME TO BE RECEIVED AND THE SPECIFIC AMOUNTS AND~PURPOSES FOR - WHICH THE VILLAGE INTENDS TO SPEND THE FUNDS WHICH IT EXPECTS TO RECEIVE FOR THE FOURTH ENTITLEMENT PERIOD ENDING JUNE 30, 1974 was placed on second reading and read by title alone.
