Walker, Village Clerk Mayor Privett called the Public Hearing to order at ROLL CALL 7:35 p.m. and asked the Clerk to call the roll, all members being present. The purpose o£ this Public Hearing was to hear the PURPOSE OF comments of the public with regard to Bi11 loo. 177, PUBLIC HEARING which would reclassify the site of North Pam Beach Utilities, Inc. from Zoning District R-1 toiZoning District P. Clerk read legal notice o£ this Public Hearing which LEGAL NOTICE was published in the Palm Beach Post-Times on March READ 4, 1973 and posted as required by Village Garter. Clerk read Bill No. 177 entitled: i BILL 177 READ IN TOTAL AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FRO~'1 ZONING DISTRICT R-1 TO ZONING DISTRICT P - PUBLIC, AND DIRECTING THE CLERK TO UPDATE THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP in total. i There were no comments £rom the Council on Bill No. 177. Mr. L. J. Olowin, 551 Flotilla Road, suggested to the COMMENT OF Council that the area between the utility ebmpany and L. J. OLOWIN, Anchorage Drive not be rezoned to P - Public, as it 551 FLOTILLA RD. would then give the utility company an opportunity to expand the sewage treatment plant right Dut to Anchorage Drive. The Council stated that they would have the~Village COUNCIL TO Attorney prepare a legal description of the~area CONSIDER AMEND- that will be rezoned to P - Public.
