Mayor Privett called the Public Hearing to order at ROLL CALL
7:42 p.m. and asked the Clerk to call the roll, all
members being present.
The purpose of this Public Hearing was to hear the . PURPOSE OF
comments o£ the public on Bill No. 178 with regard PUBLIC HEARING
to the parking requirement in certain zoning districts.
Clerk read legal notice o£ this Public Hearing which LEGAL NOTICE
was published in the Palm Beach Post-Times on March READ
25, 1973 and posted as required by Village Charter.
Clerk read Bill No. 178 entitled: BILL 178 READ
IN TOTAL
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ELIMINATING THE REQUIREMENT IN, ZONING
DISTRICTS C-A, C-1, C-1-A AND C-2, WHICH PROHIBITS
PARKING ON THE FRONT TEN FEET OF THE REQUIRED
FRONT YARD DEPTH IN THOSE CASES WHERE THE PROPERTY
OWNERS HAVE COMPLIED WITH SECTIONS 41-16 THROUGH
41-25 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH CODE
in total.
There were no members o£ the public present at this NO MEMBERS OF
Public Hearing. PUBLIC PRESENT
There being no further business to come before the ADJOURNMENT
Council at this Public Hearing, on motion o£'~Vice
Mayor Cadby, seconded by Councilman Martin, all
present voting aye, the Public Hearing was adjourned
at 7:47 p.m. I
