THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 1972

Absent: Thomas B. Rhodes, Councilman
Robert F. Slater, Councilman
Mayor Privett called the_ Public Hearing to order at 7:40 ROLL CALL
p.m. and asked the Clerk to call the roll, all members
being present except Councilman Rhodes and Councilman
Slater.
The purpose of this Public Hearing was to hear the com- PURPOSE OF
ments of the public with regard to Bill No. 166. This PUBLIC
bill repeals Section 45-31(I)(1,2 ,3) of the Village Code .HEARING
by repealing landscaping requirements under the C-A Zone
from the Zoning Code and placing C-A Zone landscaping _
requirements under the general landscaping sections
of the Code.
Clerk read the legal notice of the Public Hearing which LEGAL NOTICE
was published in the Palm Beach Post-Times on August READ
27, 1972 and posted as required by Village Charter_
Clerk read Bill No. 166 entitled: BILL 166
READ IN
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, TOTAL
FLORIDA, REPEALING SECTION 45-31 (I) (1,2,3) OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH CODE, BY REPEALING LAND-
SCAPING REQUIREMENTS UNDER THE C-A ZONE FRD`i4 THE ZONING
CODE AND PLACING C-A ZONE LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS UNDER
THE GENERAL LANDSCAPING SECTIONS OF THE CODE
in total.
Mayor Privett asked if there were any comments from
the Council or the public on Bill No. 166 and there
were none.
There being no further business to come before the ADJOURNMENT
Council at this Public Hearing, on motion of Vice Mayor
Cadby, seconded by Councilman Martin, all present voting
aye, the Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:44 p.m.
