A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
PURCHASE OF TWO DRIVING RANGE BALL DISPENSERS FROM
EASY PICKER GOLF PRODUCTS, INC.; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Village Administration requested the purchase of two range ball dispensers for the
Country Club Driving Range because the existing dispensers have exceeded their life expectancy
and have become costly to repair; and
WHEREAS, Village Administration received four quotes and recommended accepting the
proposal submitted by Easy Picker Golf Products, Inc. in the amount of $19,783.40 because the
lowest cost proposal would require both substantial modification to existing operations and the
purchase of additional equipment; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council determines the purchase of the range ball dispensers from
Easy Picker Golf Products, Inc. is in the best interests of the residents and citizens of the Village
of North Palm Beach.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are ratified as true and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby approves the purchase of two range ball dispensers
from Easy Picker Golf Products, Inc. at a total cost of $19,783.40, with funds expended from
Account No. L8059 -66490 (Clubhouse Grounds — Machinery and Equipment).
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 22ND DAY OF OCTOBER, 2015.
