Mayor Privett called the Public Hearing to order at
7:42 p.m. and asked the Clerk to call the roll, all
members being present.
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear the com-
ments of the public with regard to Bill No. 160. This
bill amends Chapter 45 of the Village Code by repealing
Section 45-31 (K) which regulated signs in the C-A Com-
mercial District.
Clerk read legal notice of this Public Hearing which was
published in The Palm Beach Post on June 28, 1972 and
posted as required by Village Charter.
Mayor Privett asked if there were any coirmients from
the Council on Bill No. 160 entitled:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 45 OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH CODE, TT BEING THE ZONING CODE
OF THE VILLAGE, BY REPEALING SECTION 45-31(K),
WHICH REGULATED SIGNS IN THE C-A COMMERCIAL DIS-
TRICT
and there were none. Mayor Privett asked if there
were any comments from the public on this bill,
and there were none.
There being no further business to come before the
Council at this Public Hearing, on motion of Vice
Mayor Cadby, seconded by Councilman Martin, all
present voting aye, the Public Hearing was adjourned
at 7:48 p.m.
