Mayor Privett called the- Reomi7.ar Meeting to order at
8:00 p.m. and asked the-Clerk to call the roll, all
members being present except Councilman Martin and
Councilman Slater. - -- _-
Mayor Privett gave the invocation-and_Vice Mayor Cadby
led the Council and the public iri-the Pledge of
Allegiance to the Flag._ - __ °_
On motion of Counclr_~.~thodes, seconded by Vice Mayor
Cadby, all present-voting-aye, the minutes of Regular
Meeting held Thursday, July 27, 1972 were approved as
written and amended.
On motion of Vice Mayor Cadby, seconded by Councilman
Rhodes, all present voting aye, the minutes. of Beautifi-
cation Committee meeting held July 26, 1972 were accepted.
On motion of Vice Mayor Cadby, seconded by Councilman
Rhodes, all present voting aye, the request. of Windsor
Park Condominium Association, Inc. for an exception to
Section 37-30 of the Village Code_was denied.
On motion of Vice Mayor Cadby, seconded by Councilman
Rhodes, all present voting aye, Bill No. 162 entitled:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 45 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH CODE BY AMENDING BUILDING HEIGHT REGULATI
BUILDING AREA REGULATIONS, YARD SPACE REGULATIONS,
OFF-STREET PARKING REGULATIONS AND FLOOR AREA REGU-_
CATIONS IN THE C-2 ZONING DISTRICT BY IMPOSING THE
REGULATIONS APPLICABLE IN ZONING DISTRICT C-1

Rhodes, all present voting aye, that Mr. Robbins be AUTHORIZED
authorized to issue a purchase order to Farmer & Irwin TO ISSUE TO

Account No. 8-202. Mayor Privett instructed the Clerk REPAIR OF
to include in the minutes of this meeting the fact that POOL FILTER
it was impossible to obtain three quotations on this SYSTEM
work due to the nature of the repairs required.
On motion of Vice Mayor Cadby, seconded by Councilman - PAVING CON-
Rhodes, all present voting aye, that we extend the TRACT WITH
paving contract with Rubin Construction Company, per RUBIN CON-
the letter from C. R. O~Meilia to Lawrence J. Robbins STRUCTION
dated August 10, 1972, copy of which is attached to the EXTENDED
minutes of this meeting.
On motion of Vice Mayor Cadby, seconded by Councilman CC MGR.
Rhodes, all present voting aye, that we authorize the .AUTHORIZED TO
Country Club Manager to purchase one Jordan refrigerator PURCHASE RE-
from Brunors Air Conditioning for a total price not to FRIGERATOR
exceed $753.00, which is the lowest of the four quotations FROM BRUNO'S
