THURSDAY, AUGUST 10, 1972

Absent: Robert W. Martin, Councilman
Robert F. Slater, Councilman
Mayor Privett called the Public Hearing to order at 7:34 p.m. ROLL CALL
and asked the Clerk to Ball the roll, all members being
present except Councilman Martin and Councilman Slater.
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear-the comments PURPOSE
of the public with regard to Bill No. 162. This bill OF PUBLIC
amends Chaper 45 of the Village Code by amending building HEARING
height regulations, building area regulations, yard space
regulations, off-street parking regulations and floor
area regulations in the C-2 Zoning District by imposing
the regulations applicable in Zoning District C-1.

published in the Palm Beach Post on July 19, 1972 and NOTICE
posted as required by Village Charter. READ

AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, TOTAL
FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 45 OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH CODE BY AMENDING BUILDING HEIGHT
REGULATIONS, BUILDING AREA REGULATIONS, YARD SPACE
REGULATIONS, OFF-STREET PARKING REGULATIONS AND
FLOOR AREA REGULATIONS IN THE C-2 ZONING DISTRICT
BY IMPOSING THE REGULATIONS APPLICABLE IN ZONING
DISTRICT C-1
in total.
Mayor Privett asked if there were any comments from the
Council or the public on Bill No. 162 and there were none.
There being no further business to come before the.Council ADJOURNMENT
at this Public Hearing, on motion of Vice Mayor Cadby,
seconded by Councilman Rhodes, all present voting aye,
the Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:42 p.m.
