ROLL CALL
Mayor Gebbia called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. All members of Council were present.
All members of staff were present, except the Village Attorney.
CLUBHOUSE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES — PHASE 1 MASTER PLAN
Brian Idle, President, Peacock + Lewis Architects and Planners, gave a presentation on the
North Palm Beach Country Club entitled "The Club Amenities Master Planning Process Phase 1."
Mr. Idle reviewed the team participants for Phase 1, and detailed the actions to be taken during
each step of the master planning process and the fees associated with each project component.
Council discussion ensued; topics included these items:
• Location (current site vs. water site)
• Nicklaus signature golf course
• Temporary facilities; loss of banquet facilities
• Coordination with Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council
• Ensuring citizen involvement throughout the planning process
• Tennis courts drainage and irrigation
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
