President Pro Tem Watt called the Regular Meeting to order .ROLL CALL
at 8:10 p.m. and asked the Clerk to call the roll, all
members being present except Mayor Bell.
Councilman Cadby led the Council and the public iri the PLEDGE OF
Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. ALLEGIANCE
On motion of Councilman Cadby, seconded by Councilman
Privett, all present voting aye, the minutes of Regular
Meeting held Thursdary, February 11, 1971 were approved
as corrected.
On motion of Councilman Privett, seconded by Councilman
Cadby, all present voting aye, the Village financial
statement for period ending January 31, 1971 was accepted.

On motion of Councilman Cadby, seconded by Councilman
Privett, all present voting aye, the minutes of Recrea-
tion Advisory Board Meeting held February 9, 1971 were
accepted.
On motion of Councilman Privett, seconded by Councilman
Cadby, all present voting aye, Bill No. 113 was post-
poned until Council's Workshop Meeting of March 18,
1971.
On motion of Councilman Cadby, seconded by Councilman
Privett, all present voting aye, Bill No. 116 entitled:

FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ELECTRICAL CODE BY SETTING
