ROLL CALL
Mayor Gebbia called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. All members of Council were present,
except President Pro Tern Bush, who was out of town. All members of staff were present.
CLUBHOUSE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES
Brian Idle, President, Peacock + Lewis Architects and Planners, gave a presentation on the
North Palm Beach Country Club entitled "The Club Amenities Master Planning Decision Making
and Implementation Process." Mr. Idle detailed the composition and qualifications of his
consultant team, and introduced those present at the meeting. These consultant team members
addressed the Council:
Bob Dugan, Principal, EDSA (Land Planning/Landscape Architecture)
Charlie Isiminger, President, Isiminger & Stubbs Engineering, Inc. (Coastal Engineers)
Rob Rennebaum, President, Simmons & White (Traffic Studies /Civil Engineering)
At the conclusion of his presentation, Mr. Idle showed a video created for the clubhouse project,
which depicted options and concepts for the clubhouse location.
A brief discussion period was held following Mr. Idle's presentation.
The meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
