A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, DECLARING ONE (1) ICE MACHINE
AS SURPLUS PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING ITS DISPOSAL; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Village Administration is recommending the surplus of one (1) Manitowoc Ice Machine
that was taken out of service because it could no longer be repaired; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council has the authority to dispose of surplus items of personal
property in any manner so long as it acts in good faith and in the best interests of the Village; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council determines that the adoption of this Resolution is in the best
interests of the Village and its residents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are ratified as true and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby declares one (1) 2003 Manitowoc Ice Machine
(Serial: 031064440) as surplus personal property and authorizes its disposal in accordance with
Village policies and procedures.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 10TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2015.
