a. WATER CLUB PHASE II SMALL -SCALE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT Discussion
and input concerning Amendment 15 -2, a proposed small -scale amendment to the Village's
Comprehensive Plan to change the land use classification for a 1.26 acre parcel of land located at
1240 U.S. Highway One from Commercial to High Density Residential.
REMARKS
b. REZONING APPLICATION Discussion concerning an application to rezone parcels of property
totaling approximately 2.0 acres located at 9450 Old Dixie Highway, 9555 Old Dixie Highway, and
3091 95th Court from (PBC) Commercial General and (PBC) Multi - Family Medium Density to
(NPB) Light Industrial Zoning District for a proposed Retail Nursery.
