Mayor Lewis called the Regular Meeting to order at 8:05 ROLL CALL
p.m. and asked the Clerk to call the roll, all members
being present except Vice-Mayor Bell and Councilman
Watt.
Councilman Privett gave the invocation, after which INVOCATION &

On motion of Councilman Cadby, seconded by Councilman
Privett - 2 to 1, Councilman Privett opposed - that we
donate $250.00 to the Community Mental Health Center.
$250 DONATED
TO COMMUNITY
MENTAL HEALTH
CENTER
Councilman Privett made a motion that the Country Club
Board of Governors be authorized to proceed with the
hiring of a Manager for the Country Club at a salary
that will not exceed this year's current total budget
and will not exceed $16,000.00 annually. Motion died
for lack of a second.
There being no further business to come before the
Council, on motion of Councilman Cadby, seconded by
Councilman Privett, all present voting aye, the meeting
was adjourned at 11:15 p.m.
