a. DEVELOPMENT OF VISION STATEMENT AND MASTER PLAN FOR THE VILLAGE
Discussion, direction, and guidance concerning whether to proceed with the execution of an
Interlocal Agreement with the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council for the development of a
Village vision statement and master plan or seek such services from the private sector through
the issuance of a Request for Proposals.
