B. DECLARATION OF EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS C. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND QUASI - JUDICIAL MATTERS 1. PUBLIC HEARING AND 2ND READING OF ORDINANCE 2015 -08 — NORTHLAKE STORAGE CPUD Consider a motion to adopt and enact on second reading Ordinance 2015 -08 creating a Commercial Planned Unit Development on approximately 2.34 acres of real property located at the northeast corner of Northlake Boulevard and Southwind Drive. ACTION 2. 1ST READING OF ORDINANCE 2015 -09 — MARCH 2016 ELECTION AND QUALIFYING DATES Consider a motion to adopt on first reading Ordinance 2015 -09 changing the date of the March 2016 general election to coincide with the statewide Presidential Preference Primary and establishing the dates for qualification of candidates. Councilmen may remove any item from the Consent Agenda, which would automatically convey that item to the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and vote. OTHER VILLAGE BUSINESS MATTERS RESOLUTION — MESSAGE BOARD TRAILER PURCHASE Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving the purchase of a message board trailer with full matrix display from Florida Transcor, Inc. at a total cost of $16,640.00 utilizing law enforcement trust funds. ACTION 2. RESOLUTION — VEHICLE SURPLUS Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution declaring one freightliner rear load sanitation collection truck as surplus property and authorizing its disposal. ACTION 3. RESOLUTION — DRIVING RANGE TEE RENOVATION AND RE- GRASSING PROJECT Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution accepting the bid of Detailed Sports Turf Construction, Inc. for the Country Club Driving Range tee renovation and re- grassing project at a total cost of $37,630; and authorizing execution of the contract.
