a. NORTHLAKE STORAGE LLC Discussion concerning the application of Flagler Bank and
Northlake Storage, LLC to create a Planned Unit Development allowing for the construction of a
limited access self- storage facility on property located at 555 and 545 Northlake Boulevard.

b. CODE AMENDMENT — SPECIAL EXCEPTION USES WITHIN VILLAGE ZONING DISTRICTS
Discussion concerning a proposed ordinance amending Appendix C (Chapter 45), "Zoning" of the
Village Code of Ordinances to establish procedures and standards for approval of special
exception uses within Village Zoning Districts.

C. CODE AMENDMENT — 1 -1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICT LAND DEVELOPMENT
REGULATIONS Discussion concerning a proposed ordinance amending Appendix A,
"Appearance Plan" and Appendix C (Chapter 45), "Zoning" of the Village Code of Ordinances to
adopt land development regulations for the 1 -1 Light Industrial Zoning District.
