PUBLIC HEARINGS AND QUASI - JUDICIAL MATTERS 1. 1ST READING OF ORDINANCE 2015 -03 — CODE AMENDMENT — PEDDLERS AND SOLICITORS Consider a motion to adopt on first reading Ordinance 2015 -03 amending Chapter 17, "Licenses and Miscellaneous Business Regulations" of the Village Code of Ordinances to provide regulations for peddlers and solicitors. OTHER VILLAGE BUSINESS MATTERS RESOLUTION — LASERFICHE AVANTE SOFTWARE PURCHASE Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving the sole source purchase of Laserfiche Avante software from MCCi at a total cost of $61,797.20. ACTION 2. RESOLUTION — SECOND AMENDMENT TO GRANT SERVICES AGREEMENT Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving the Second Amendment to Agreement for Grant Services with RMPK Funding, Inc., and authorizing execution of the Amendment.
