ROLL CALL
Mayor Aubrey called the meeting to order at 8:23 p.m. All members of Council were present,
except Councilman Manuel, who was absent due to illness. All members of staff were present.
STORM WATER DRAINAGE SYSTEM DATA COLLECTION AND ASSET MANAGEMENT
Discussion was held concerning a proposed contract with Engenuity Group, Inc. for storm water
system infrastructure field data collection, system mapping, and a GIS database at a total cost not to
exceed $37,300.
Public Works Director Brian Moree presented the plan to develop a baseline evaluation of the
Village's storm water drainage system in order to prepare a cost - effective management plan to
minimize and normalize annual operating and capital maintenance costs.
Village Engineer Keith Jackson explained the scope of the project.
During discussion, it was requested that staff provide additional information on the projected
cost for Phase 2 of this project.
By consensus, this item was forwarded to the next Regular Session agenda.

With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting was adjourned at 9:35 p.m.
