a. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TEXT AMENDMENT TO ALLOW ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES
Discussion concerning Amendment 14 -1, a proposed amendment to the Future Land Use Element
of the Village's Comprehensive Plan to define assisted living facilities and establish use, intensity,
and density regulations, and to allow assisted living facilities as a mixed -use development through
the commercial planned unit development (CPUD) process.
