Monet Road Council Workshop Meeting 4/25/02 Items 4c, 4d, 4e,
4f and 4g
The following represents the current status for the referenced:
1. Applicant reduced the number of units from 16 to 15. Staff requested
documentation from applicant of the 35% building versus site coverage;
2. Monet Road right -of -way, in it's entirety, was annexed into the Village in 1989;
3. Have not received the analysis from Fleishman pertaining to the impact of the
proposed amended zoning text language. R -1 to be excluded when amended
zoning text language is drafted;
4. Proposed wall is located along west, north and east property line and varies from
10 to 13 feet along north side of Monet Road north right -of -way line.
