(� A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A
GYM DIVIDER CURTAIN FROM SOUTHEASTERN SURFACES AND
EQUIPMENT; AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
VILLAGE CLERK TO AMEND THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND BUDGET
TO TRANSFER $9,385.00 FROM THE CAPITAL RESERVE ACCOUNT TO
THE RECREATION — MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT CAPITAL ACCOUNT;
PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Village Administration solicited quotes for the purchase of a new gym divider for
the Village Community Center; and
WHEREAS, Village Administration recommends accepting the lowest cost proposal submitted
by SSE & Associates, Inc. d /b /a Southeastern Surfaces and Equipment in the total amount of
$9,385.00; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council seeks to amend the current capital projects fund budget to
transfer $9,385.00 from the Capital Reserve Account to the Recreation — Machinery & Equipment
Capital Account to fund this purchase; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council determines that the adoption of this Resolution is in the best
interests of the Village and its residents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are ratified as true and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby approves the purchase of a gym divider curtain from
SSE & Associates, Inc. d /b /a Southeastern Surfaces and Equipment at a total cost of $9,385.00,
with funds expended from Account No. K8028 -66490 (Recreation — Machinery and Equipment).
Section 3. In order to fund this expenditure, the Village Council hereby approves a budget
amendment for the transfer of funds as indicated below:

Section 4. The Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
budget amendment for and on behalf of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 5. All resolutions in conflict with this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of
such conflict.
Section 6. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
