You are a resident of the Village
of North Palm Beach
You live and pay taxes in the
Village of North Palm Beach
Examples of non-qualifying individuals:
* Commercial taxpayers/owners of business establishments do not qualify as
residents.
* NPB Property owners who do not reside in NPB do not qualify as residents.
Property ownership is not residency.
* Individuals who have a North Palm Beach mailing address but the address is
not within Village limits do not qualify as residents.
* Individuals with a NPB Post Office Box
Accepted proof of residency:
* A deed
* A tax bill
* A 12-month lease agreement & a utility bill (in resident's name at NPB address)
* Vote's registration card (to supplement one of the above)
* Driver's License (required for identification only, not as proof of residency)
Requirements for Marina/Storage & Ramp decals:
* Proof of NPB Residency
* Registration of boat and/or trailer (in resident's name)
* Registration of RV (in resident's name)
* Registration of towing vehicle (in resident's name)
* Driver's license (required for identification only, not as proof of residency)
