Mayor Norris called the meeting to order at 9:58 p.m. All members of Council were present. All
members of staff were present.
COUNTRY CLUB MAINTENANCE SAFETY REPORT
Discussion was held regarding the corrective actions recommended for the Country Club
maintenance facility as set forth in the Consultant's report.
Mr. Green reported that Village Administration initiated a safety inspection of the Country Club
maintenance facility and the Village's Senior Risk Control Consultant, Christopher Kittleson,
prepared a list of corrective actions for the facility, some of which have already been completed.
Mr. Green advised that the total cost of all of the corrective actions was estimated at $47,000,
including labor. Mr. Green noted that due to savings in the Country Club Enterprise Fund
Budget, the work could be accomplished without use of reserves.
By consensus, this item was forwarded to the next Regular Session agenda.
