POLICE AND FIRE PENSION PLAN AMENDMENT
a. Discussion concerning a proposed
ordinance amending Article V, “Pension and Certain Other Benefits for Fire and Police Employees,”
of the Code of Ordinances to clarify the normal retirement benefit and to allow for re-examination
of disability retirees.

ZONING CODE AMENDMENT – PARKING SPACE REQUIREMENTS
b. Discussion regarding an
amendment to Chapter 45, Zoning, of the Village Code of Ordinances to reduce the minimum size
for off-street parking spaces within residential and commercial districts.
