ROLL CALL
Mayor Aubrey called the meeting to order at 8:12 p.m. All members of Council were present.
All members of staff were present.
FY 2015 PROPOSED BUDGET WORKSHOP SCHEDULE
Discussion took place regarding the proposed schedule for FY Budget Workshop meetings. By
consensus, Council moved the date of its Goal Setting and Mid -Year Budget and CIP Reviews
from April 23, 2014 to May 7, 2014. By consensus, Council combined the meetings for
overviews of the Country Club Budget and General Fund Budget, to be held July 16, 2014. No
further changes were made to the schedule.
SUMMER GOLF COURSE PROJECTS
Discussion was held concerning three summer golf course projects recommended by the
Nicklaus Design Group, the Greens Committee, and the Golf Advisory Board:
• Repair the areas around eight low -lying drains on holes 3,8, and 18;
• Re -grass the northernmost driving range tee; and
• Rebuild two left greenside bunkers on holes 9 and 12.
Golf Director Lee Stroever detailed quotes received from three contractors recommended by the
Nicklaus Design Group: Ryan Golf, Country Club Services, Inc., and Hayward Golf and
Landscaping. Mr. Stroever recommended Hayward Golf and Landscaping at a total cost of $44,175.
Discussion ensued on funding for the projects. By consensus, Council agreed to use a line item
in the Enterprise Fund for this expense.

With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting was adjourned at 8:43 p.m.
