Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce B. DECLARATION OF EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS C. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND QUASI-JUDICIAL MATTERS PUBLIC HEARING AND SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE 2014-03 – CODE 1. AMENDMENT – RECOVERY OF PROSECUTION COSTS Consider a motion to adopt and enact on second reading Ordinance 2014-03 amending Section 1-8 of the Village Code of Ordinances to update and clarify existing provisions and to provide for the recovery of prosecution costs in code enforcement actions. ACTION Regular Session Agenda, April 10, 2014 Page 2 of 2 PUBLIC HEARING AND SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE 2014-04 – BUDGET 2. AMENDMENT APPROPRIATING MATCHING GRANT FUNDS Consider a motion to adopt and enact on second reading Ordinance 2014-04 amending the 2013-2014 General Fund Budget to appropriate $277,500 to provide matching funds for the Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant and Recreational Trails Grant for the Anchorage Park Improvements Project. ACTION D. CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda is for the purpose of expediting issues of a routine or pro-forma nature. Councilmen may remove any item from the Consent Agenda, which would automatically convey that item to the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and vote. Resolution 2014-24 1. declaring one Lanier Transcriber and one Lanier Reformatter as surplus property and authorizing their disposal in accordance with Village policies and procedures. 2. OTHER VILLAGE BUSINESS MATTERS RESOLUTION – AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR GRANT SERVICES 1. Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving an Amendment to the Agreement for Grant Preparation and Management Services with RMPK Funding, Inc. to extend the term for one year, and authorizing execution of the Amendment. ACTION RESOLUTION – DIGITAL LIBRARY RESERVE SERVICES AGREEMENT 2. Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving the Village’s continued participation in the Digital Library Reserve Services Agreement between the Southeast Florida Municipal Libraries Digital Consortium and OverDrive, Inc. for an additional two-year term at a total annual cost of $3,000. This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council. Due to the nature of governmental duties and responsibilities, the Village Council reserves the right to make additions to, or deletions from, the items contained in this agenda.
