4. RESOLUTION — EMERGENCY INSTALLATION OF SEWER LATERAL Consider a motion to
adopt a proposed resolution authorizing the emergency installation of a sewer lateral within the Overlook
Drive right-of-way to connect the Country Club Golf Course restroom to the main sewer line and
approving payment for such installation to Seacoast Utility Authority in an amount not to exceed $14,000.
